Our objectives align with our long-term goal of providing care to the largest amount of people possible. We believe that everyone deserves to have affordable and accessible mental wellness care. CAPS is a program that can provide that care to all students at IU Indianapolis.

Tactics are the specific actions, details, and activities that must occur in order for the strategy to succeed and the objective to be met
Increase new patient volume by 10% by December 31, 2024
Organize at least 3 health fairs on campus to market the CAPS program
Provide incentives such as prizes that can be won at the health fairs to increase attendance.
Market the health fairs on social media sites and in common areas such as dorm halls and the campus center.
Increase patient retention by 20% by March 31, 2025
Improve patient experience to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Provide a survey after every appointment so we can gain feedback from patients on how to improve.
Provide free coffee, drinks, and snacks so that patients feel more welcomed.
Increase traffic to the CAPS website by 15% by December 31, 2024
Improve user friendliness and include more information on the website
Provide the
website link in flyers on campus and inQR codes on social media.
