Social Media Plan
First Social Media Platform Utilized
Objective: Increase follower count by 150 on our Instagram page by February 1st, 2025.
The first social media platform I've chosen to use is Instagram. I chose Instagram because it has more younger users and my target audience is college students. I also chose Instagram because it is a good platform for infographics and e-vites. I will use Instagram to publish flyers and advertisements for events and smaller updates about the office and program.

This post will be an infographic about an upcoming event we are hosting. We will include important information such as the date and address in the actual post, and include any additional information about the event in the caption. We will tag any organizations that are affiliated with this event.

This post will be a informational but fun post about a staff member. We will do a "meet the team" series where we post a different person every month as the staff member of the month. We will include a picture of them on the post and then fun facts about them in the caption of the post.
Second Social Media Platform Utilized
Objective: Increase engagement on our Tiktok page by 50% by June 1st, 2025.
The second social media platform I've chosen to utilize is Tiktok. I chose Tiktok because it has primarily young users and my target audience is collge aged students. I also chose Tiktok because the users on the platform participate in different trends that gain them traction, and since we are looking to increase knowledge of the program, us participating in different trends could help that. I will use Tiktok to display the type of environment the program takes place in and the people who are employed there.
